Shipping policy

  • We are shipping orders quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery dates and can only provide estimates at this time. Your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Shipping transit times are usually 2-7 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for international. If you wish to expedite your shipping, we provide additional shipping carrier options at checkout. Expedited shipping charges will be non-refundable regardless of delivery date.
    • Shipping times do not reflect shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, and other incidentals and are estimated based on method chosen by customer during checkout. Items are not guaranteed to arrive within the specified window and are not guaranteed by Tiare Hawaii.
    • Please note USPS Mail does not guarantee a specific shipping arrival, the dates provided are estimated. We do not provide a money back guarantee if items sent via USPS fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.
    • UPS & FedEx 2nd Day Air are the only expedited, guaranteed option if placed before 12PM PST.

 

  • Shipping Note: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all Jewelry orders as part of our signature collection. Please note that if your cart includes items from our other categories, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for those specific pieces. We work hard to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely!

  • International customers are responsible for country duties and fees that may be placed upon international deliveries. 

  • All orders will be packed and shipped the same day of ordering if ordered before 12pm PST. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

  • Tracking will be updated within 48 hours of purchase M-F.

  • All orders will be taxed according to the state tax rules that it is shipping to.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Before placing an order for a holiday gift, please take a look at our shipping process and details to ensure your items will arrive at your desired delivery date. If you want to receive an item before Christmas Eve, we recommend ordering by 12/9 with USPS shipping options. If you are ordering after 12/9, we suggest UPS shipping options, and only UPS 2nd Day Air is considered to be a guaranteed expedited selection. 

We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. However, carriers may delay scanning the shipment into their system after pick up or delay in transit due to the busy holiday season. If your tracking has not been updated, it may be that your order was picked up by the carrier and is now waiting to be sorted and scanned at the carrier facility. For this reason, we encourage you to do your holiday shopping as early as possible. We also suggest using our expedited shipping option, UPS 2nd Day Air. Please keep in mind that any USPS options are not considered expedited- USPS delivery dates are an estimate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
